Grote controle
Vandaag weer grote controle gehad ivm met mijn suiker.
Ik startte bij de dietiste.
Balen, door de vakantie geen kilo kwijt maar een kilo erbij.
Maar in tegenstelling tot andere jaren, MAAR een kilo erbij.
En het kan erger.
Puberdochterspappa kwam slechts 6 kilo aan in de vakantie.
Maar goed, we gaan het "afvallen" weer gauw "oppaken".
Na de dietiste volgde de diabetes-controle.
Goed nieuws. De cholesterol is gezakt tot prima waarden.
Maar helaas mag ik niet stoppen met die medicijnen.
Helas was de nuchtere suiker nog steeds te hoog. Ondanks een paar maanden metformine toch 7.6. Niet onwijs hoog maar het had toch beter moeten zjn.
Dus de dagdosis wordt verdubbeld.
Mijn benen en voeten zijn helemaal onderzocht op gevoel en wondjes. Voeten zijn goed gekeurd. Geen pedicure nodig. Ik verzorg mijn pootjes prima.
Daarna een hele lijst met vragen door gewerkt. Tot slot moet ik nog een fundus? foto laten maken. Is een foto van mijn ogen.
Over 4 maanden (11-12-'13) volgt de volgende controle. Hoop dat er dan toch wat kilo's af zijn.
In ieder geval zijn de komende maanden redelijk rustig qua feestjes ed.
